AgZero2030 aimed to host a landmark forum to explore how the transition to renewable energy can positively impact farms, agriculture, and communities. 

The challenge was to scale up from their previous maximum attendance of 60 people to accommodate a larger, more impactful event. Bush & Beyond Media took on the task and delivered a highly successful event, managing every detail to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.

Key Achievements

1. Ticket Sales Coordination
   We implemented a streamlined ticket sales process, using an efficient online platform that made purchasing tickets easy for attendees. Our strategic marketing campaign targeted key demographics, resulting in a sell-out of 200 tickets, significantly surpassing AgZero2030's previous attendance records.
2. Speaker Liaison and Coordination
   We worked closely with all invited speakers, ensuring they had all necessary information and support for their presentations. We managed schedules, coordinated travel arrangements, and facilitated communication between speakers and the event organisers, ensuring all presentations were well-prepared and aligned with the forum's objectives.
3. Venue Selection, Catering, and AV Setup
   We selected a venue that could comfortably accommodate the larger audience and provided the necessary facilities for a successful event. Our team coordinated all catering services, offering a variety of food and beverage options to meet the diverse preferences of attendees. We oversaw the audio-visual setup, ensuring high-quality sound and visual presentations. This included managing equipment rentals, setup, and on-site technical support throughout the event.
4. On-site Event Management
   On the day of the forum, our team arrived early to manage setup and ensure everything was in place.We maintained a strict schedule, coordinating with speakers, attendees, and vendors to ensure the event ran smoothly and on time. Our team handled any unforeseen issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
5. Professional MC Services
   Bush & Beyond Media's own Shannon Beattie skilfully hosted the forum, engaging with the audience and maintaining a lively and professional atmosphere. She kept the event on track, smoothly transitioning between sessions and ensuring that key messages were effectively communicated to the audience.

Outcome

The forum was a resounding success, receiving positive feedback from attendees, speakers, and AgZero2030's organising team. The increase in attendance to 200 people demonstrated the effectiveness of our event management strategies.
